"We rented the room so we wouldn’t have to drive all the way from Dublin, California to Redwood City for an early morning. Doctors appointment. They accommodated me with the accessible shower like I asked, and the check-in was fast and easy. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy!"

"When check-in is at 3pm and they have no rooms avaliable and unsure when clean rooms will be ready is ridiculous. Ice machines are broken, pool was undergoing maintenance. When I indicating I would be leaving, they made some calls and the pool became avaliable. No hot tub, even tho there is a picture on website. Front counter staff were young and non apologetic. This is NOT the hotel to book for a fun, relaxing day trip. This is a place for workers/fly in business type. Majority news channels, not updated to play Netflix or anything like that. Had to wipe down bathroom before using. Pretty disappointed for $290 plus parking. Will not return. Would recommend if you do not want anything other than a bed and breakfast."
