"It was nice and quiet. The location of the property was perfect for where I wanted to shop and visit. One big pain was that there were signs telling you that the ice machine was on the 3rd floor. I followed the signs and they went absolutely nowhere. I finally saw a piece of paper stuck to a wall or door that said that the ice machines are now located on the 2nd floor. "Peefectly soft sheets! Room temp was perfection and already cooled when we walked thru the door. Might be the first time in history I've never adjusted the room temp in a hotel room. Very comfortable stay. Staff could be more welcoming but they weren't mean, just apathetic. "

"As an architect educator it was an experience to stay in a well-designed modern hotel, by I believe an European architect whose name was unfortuntely not known by the staff. The hotel rooms are agin well laid out, spacious with equally well-detailed set of furnishing. I believe that this is one of the best contemporary designed hotels in Virginia. And for price a bargain. I took many photos to share with colleagues however they have not yet been downloaded."

"I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, which made getting ready each day super comfortable. I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast—there were plenty of options, and everything was fresh. Most of all, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. "Stayed here for a UVA tour with my daughter. It was clean, felt new, decent breakfast (included), easy parking - I think it was $15, right outside of the hotel. It would probably be about a 10 min walk to UVA - near Main Street/next to the university. "

"I loved this property! I received a virtual check in that was thorough and went over all things I needed to know. A brand new nespresso maker with plenty of pod options. A modern shower head! They left chicken feed so I could feed the chickens! The winery was less than a 3 min drive. The property was beautiful!
