"Everyone was very nice, especially the lady at the desk on the 19th and 20th. The TV was horrible!!!! Channels 1 through 35 were unavailable. Those are the main channels. The ones that were available the program did not match the guide. The channels were 2 positions off!"

"The owners/employees were very kinda and nice but this stay wasn’t anything nice. Broken outlets and broken switches and we did find bugs (2 roaches and other crawlers) we did not find or come onto any bed bugs so that was a plus. Sheets had stains and bathroom had a musky smell. I wouldn’t stay again but it was a good place if u just need a place to sleep for a night."

"This facility has some good features. The appliances were above average. However, when we arrived there was flood damage that occurred when a guest knocked off a fire sprinkler head, so NO handicap accessible were available. This was a problem for my wife, who could not get out of the tub of their standard room. The office was closed, but a Woodspring employee named Jay helped by supplying towels to create a pile ramp that she could back up & out- otherwise I would have had to call the fire...

"The non-smoking room smelled like smoke and were stained. One of our rooms the burner wasn't on the stove. The pictures online are deceptive. The stairs aren't safe leading from the second floor to the third was crumbling. We left within 20 minutes of checking in. I've never done that before."

"Check in was quick, even though I was early. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was larger than expected, and the bed was amazing."

"It was a no smoking room and it was all you smelled. I don t smoke anyway, but the sheets had cigarette burns on them. Did not seem to even change and or clean the sheets, just placed back after people leave. It was not worth even the $60 cost."

"The room was NOT cleaned properly. The "guests" were transient, homeless, drug riddled and prostitutes. The hot water was out one of the days during my stay. The staff were polite, but unable to solve any issues. The pool area was disgusting. NOISEY AT ALL HOURS from the other "guests"! I've been going there for the last 4 years and I WILL NEVER, EVER GO BACK TO THAT HOTEL/MOTEL!!!"

"Was told to be in the lobby at 520am for the 530am airport shuttle, no shuttle ever showed up and I had to Uber there."

"The heat didn't work. The light fell out of the bathroom ceiling. It didn't seem like they cleaned it between guest. Stains on the bed and dead bugs in the floor and on the wall. The neighborhood wasn't the best and people were smoking on the balcony right outside of the room. Checked out early and will never stay again."
