"I booked a 2 queen bed with a sofa bed room via Expedia. I was given a 1 queen bed room with a sofa bed. It was very disappointing to receive the room that I did when I paid for something different. The hotel was not helpful and was told to reach out Expedia. Expedia reached out to the hotel, and the hotel told Expedia that I was given a 2 queen bedroom room when I did not.
