The facilities were outstanding, very well maintained, and offered everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The restaurants were fantastic, with great variety and quality of food. What really made our experience special was the incredible staff. A heartfelt thank you to Hind and Joe for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We would also like to thank Hussam at the bar, who was friendly, attentive, and made every visit enjoyable. "Friendly helpful staff. I don't think there is need to clean the floors so much. Was worried about falling. And no need to clean floor during meal time but I can see why. Food was so good and varied. Great activities for everyone..pool maybe to be a bit warmer in colder months. Will highly recommend and return. "
