"The suite was clean, spacious and equipped with the absolute basics in terms of kitchen bits and bobs. Amazingly there was a top loader washing machine! You could always ask for other items, staff and manager were especially helpful. Useful contacts were all displayed at the reception, taxi, breakfast lunch and dinner available to order. The beech is approx 1 mile and walked to it most days. Good selection of restaurants on the beechfront and along the way, plus shops, wine/beer and pharmacies. Freshly slaughtered chicken too if you wish and you are not a squeemish non-vegetarian. Pleanty of vege options around."

"I booked this Guest House for my daughter and her friend for three nights based on the positive reviews from the Hotels.com app and a couple of other sites.  Which I don't think are now genuine.    Unfortunately - this is one of the worst experiences we have endured.  The room was disgusting to say the least. It was dirty, dead insects, soiled bed linen and pillows, a used condom too!    When the girls asked for the room to be changed or the items to be replaced but the management or staff were unwilling to help and were extremely rude.   They also dismissed the situation and demanded that the girls leave.  In addition, slurred racists comments too. We are all shocked and have reported this to Hotels.com and waiting for a full refund. "

"Property rooms are just ok in size but beds are small for 2 adults. House cleaning staff came very late for cleaning and didn't change the bedsheet. In night they opened karoke in dining area and it was all too noisy which created headache as 3-4 persons were trying to sing in horrible sound and rhythm. Overall I feel it's not worth value for money "
