"Clean room, excellent staff, convenient location for short stay close to the airport."

"The airport pickup was difficult to locate upon arrival, and there was no prior communication beyond the confirmation email to guide me. After waiting about 30 minutes without success, I arranged my own transportation and took a taxi to the hotel. Upon arrival, the pickup situation was discussed with me multiple times and was ultimately resolved the following day. Although I was unable to use the airport pickup service, I was still required to pay for it. The manager did offer a resolution, which included honoring the pickup charge in exchange for a late checkout and a complimentary lunch, which I accepted. Aside from this experience, my stay was very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my visit."

For dinner, Square One is a must-try, especially the Vietnamese spring rolls, which were executed wonderfully. The hotel strikes a great balance between classic elegance and personalized service. It’s not just luxurious, it feels intentional and heartfelt."

"It’s an ok place. The 3 bedroom looked more like dorms than the upscale pictures. We ordered 4 drinks total from there and one was straight alcohol and we put it in freezer and it froze solid. They would not refund, even though they took the ‘frozen drink’, nor doc they replace it. Terrible customer service. The other drinks had one shot between them and the staff did not want customers watching them."
