"Very quiet neighborhood and nice spot in town, exceptional well prepared services to customers , especially helping people who is first time traveller in Czechia."
"Our room was large and comfortable with a good view of the town. The sauna and pool were nice, staff was friendly and helpful. A great stay and a good value. Location is perfect.
My only complaint is there were often no towels available when I went to sauna. It is uncomfortable to sit in a sauna in a woman's bathingsuit without a towel. I understand where some people take too many of the towels especially large ones. Maybe just more small towels for the sauna. "
"The location is good to take the bus and the view was awesome. The staff were good except one old lady was not friend enough.
The condition is ok but the rooms don't deserve 4.5 stars.
The garage parking was so dirty. Spider nets, and smell. It is the main downside of the hotel."
"The place is nice. Be sure to have all communications received from the property for all info such as PIN to access the place, parking info, etc. There is no front desk. "
"Centric hotel with very clean rooms and spa area. Unfortunately we could not try the spa treatments but we enjoyed the pool and saunas. There is also a great breakfast included. The staff is professional and helpful. "
