"This property is all about the location. If you want a remote feeling near the ocean, it's fantastic for that. There really isn't anyone on the property to ask questions to (at least that we found). The rooms are not sound proof, so hopefully you're neighbor is quiet, but we could hear furniture being moved and footsteps. There is a small fridge in the room and an electric kettle, but no access to a kitchen or microwave. There's heat, but no A/C (which is normal for Iceland, but the windows...

"The check in was seamless and quick. The receptionist/staff that checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. Their breakfast buffet was scrumptious, a lot of options!! They have the best breakfast by far compared to our other stays here in Iceland (South Coast area). The kitchen staff were very nice. The location was right in the middle of the town (Selfoss) with a lot of grocery stores nearby. I would gladly stay here again. "

"This was a super cool place to stay... There is nothing like it around. Three sides of the building are 1-sided mirrors, so we had a 180 degree view from inside, but no one could see in. The 2-person hot tub was an added bonus. Very clean and located a little ways off the golden circle road. I would highly recommend for a very unique experience. "

"The Blue View Cabins offer a well thought out self-catering experience in an area which allows you to beat the tour groups to key sites on the Golden Circle. "Lovely cabin in a quiet and beautiful meadow. We had everything we needed. The property owners designed the small cabin with all the necessary for travelers needs. Small kitchenette to make some simple meals. Outdoor grill, table and chairs for two. A small sofa to rest, comfortable bed and beautiful floor to ceiling window to look out the meadow when the sheep’s come to visit. Great communication, easy directions and easy check in. We loved our stay! Thanks! "
