"Brand new small cabins. Immaculate. Check in was an issue since their is no sign indicating where they are off the main road and Expedia did not send check in instructions. I stopped in a local pub and they directed me to them and I needed to call the Expedia contact owner directly but he was easily reached and was very polite. Overall quite small cabin but brand new construction vet very clean and a nice location near a beautiful lake and we saw northern lights literally out our bedroom window...

"We loved the different style of staying on a working farm, but with all the benefits of a modern stylish hotel. The restaurant was casual, but the food was excellent, and the windows into the barn to watch the dairy cattle eating was fun and entertaining. The location was great, as it was close to three great sites: Bruarfoss, Geyser, and Gullfoss, so we missed some of the crowds."

"The breakfast was very disappointing, especially considering the cost per person and you are locked into a buffet style with no real buffet to choose from. You would be better off finding somewhere else to eat. There are other local retaurants with better choices. Dinner however, at the same restaurant, was spectacular. Lamb stew, lamb steak, and the fried fish were absolutely delicious and truly some of the best food we had in Iceland. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great people...
