"The pool and pool area stayed dirty the entire time we were there. Most days there were no clean pool towels available and we requested extra washcloths and was told they didn’t have any clean ones. On the day before we came home they had no clean towels or washcloths. We used our own beach towel to dry off with."

"I liked that check in was quick and easy. I did not like, however, that we had to ask for towels every day and sometimes you would only receive towels that were a tad bigger than hand towels. We weren't in our room very much so it wasn't a huge deal."

Our car broke down with us the night before we had to leave. We checked out of our room at 11:00 the following day and they allowed us to stay in the pool as long as we needed to until we had a ride show up. "When booking, the hotel needs to do better on which rooms are which. We thought we booked a suite for our family but when we got there we realized they had given us just a room with double beds and no kitchenette"

"I love this hotel for a lot of reasons . They have a great breakfast. The rooms are quiet and clean the bar is comfortable and the staff is friendly . What else could you ask for ?"

"The hotel is getting a complete renovation. It will be a very nice place when completed. If Their continental breakfast needs more options. Their housekeeper worked very hard when asked for service. Unfortunately only one person. The hotel location is ideal for walking to restaurants and beaches. Covered parking was a plus. It suited our needs."

The property was well stocked with towels, coffee/tea, complimentary drinks in your room refrigerator. The property was peaceful to lounge by the pool and swings under the trees facing the ocean."
