"The view over the river was phenominal. Staff was veey helpful directing us to buses, restaurants et c and explained how to gwt in after hours. The property was unattended after hours but you had access to tge dining area with tea and coffee, cutleey etc and you coukd access the balcony to relax and enjoy the views. We did nit do the complimentary breakfast."

"We had a member of our group have an accident and we could not make it to our originally scheduled hotel in Zurich, so we got this hotel in Interlaken last minute. The manager Altus to come later because we were still at the hospital until after 11. I am so grateful to him for staying up to accommodate us!"

"Due to my late arrival and early departure, I did not interact directly with staff, only through messaging. However, they were VERY attentive and super helpful. The room and facility were clean and organized. It’s not the newest place in the world, but is very well kept and quite charming. I had absolutely not complaints. With the recent heat wave, the fan that was in the room was a welcome treat! Thanks for a very pleasant stay!!"

"I was with my wife and my child in double bed room in July.
Positive
Good location for transportation, view good, breakfast okay, staff good, balcony view mountain good, room clean okay, restaurants nearby
Negative
no iron in hotel (even we asked in lobby), window screen ripped, hair dryer not working, very old building air circulation is not good so felt hot, no ac in room (but fan there), not convenient for family with baby/child"

"Always remember what you pay and what you get .... Expensive hotel but out class hotel .... Travelling with Kids 8 & 9 years old .... Excellent location / Excellent Room / Excellent continental Breakfast / Excellent Swimming pool and just 4 minute walk from Interlaken OST .... the hotel is in Main road not inside the street, so people can enjoyed the crowed as well .... dinning resturent / shops / Coin Laundry is in walking distance .."
