"Frühstück eher US Standard, nichts besonderes. Klimaanlage sehr laut, kann nur durch trennen des Netzsteckers ganz zum schweigen gebracht werden. Zimmer direkt neben dem Aufzug ist sehr laut. Sonst ruhige Lage des Hotels. Bett war bequem. Zimmer könnte ein paar kleine Schönheitsreparaturen und generell eine Frischzellenkur vertragen. Insgesamt aber sauber und großzügig."

"We stayed in the Costa Rican bungalow and it was absolutely perfect for our first “dog vacation” The bungalow had a fully equipped kitchen (EVERYTHING you might need is there - pots, dishes, appliances etc etc.). The bed was super comfy and the whole place is beautifully decorated with unique touches everywhere. Plus there’s a big comfy porch with a sliding gate so you can spend a relaxing afternoon outside with your pup. The location is in walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants....

"Book through Expedia and when I arrived I found out that someone with a similar last name was given my room. So after about an hour at the front desk trying to figure out what happened with the attendant, and playing phone tag with Expedia they finally were able to give me a room but not the same type of room that I paid for. Mind you I arrived at 2am after a 10 hour drive. Then I requested a refund and they would not honor that either. The bed was plenty comfortable but the water pressure was...
