"Good place and maybe not the best internet but still better than many other structure! Really good! Definetely coming back again"

"We felt deceived that the building we were lodged in was not the one shown online. The automatic checking machine malfunctioned but there was no notice about it. Had to walk 500 metres to the related motel to obtain key cards to the room. Only amenity was a tv and shower gel. A kettle to boil water would be useful. Only a dozen parking spaces available. No restaurants or cafes within walking distance except McDonald’s. Bus to Aachen directly across the road"

"Room exceeded expectations. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of food items to select from."

"Ich hatte eine Übernachtung mit Hund gebucht. Sehr gute Lage, zentral und direkt am Kurpark, freundliches Personal, schönes und ruhiges Zimmer, bequemes Bett."

"Excellent hotel to stay. Everyone is friendly, nice and the breakfast is unbelievable."

"Bonjour, j’aurais aimé un peignoir dans la chambre et pour aller à la piscine. Sinon propreté impeccable."

"The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and respectful. Overall, a pleasant stay. However, one unusual downside was that water was not available to guests who had not purchased breakfast during breakfast hours. For a hotel of this standard, providing access to drinking water for all guests would be a reasonable expectation."

"Cousy hotel in the center of town, good restaurant and very nice breakfast. Highly recommended"

"Kamers en ontbijt waren uitstekend, behulpzaam personeel. Zelf in - en uitchecken ging niet vlekkeloos, gelukkig was er personeel aanwezig voor hulp. Voor zo’n locatie is een bemande balie fijner en passender. Restaurant was helaas volgeboekt voor avondeten, maar we konden nog terecht in de bistro. Verder prima."

"Super Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Lage. Weiterempfehlung, JA"

"Excellent location with nearby restaurants and in walking distance from the historic city hall (Rathaus) and the Aachen Cathedral UNESCO World Heritage Site. Lovely clean and quiet streets."

"We’ve stayed here several times over the years, but unfortunately, the quality of service has declined significantly. Also without any prior notice, there was no lunch, drinks or snacks available for hotel guests due to a party of a large group. Later on fire pits were lit, with smoke drifting into our room and leaving all our clothes smelling of smoke. We we reached out to the staff, they simply told us there was nothing they could do about is. Not for us anymore."
