"Property is in a great location. Walking distance to nearly everything fun and food related. Tons of space for a family to move around and still have their own personal space. Pool is large and is covered so kids were able to swim even when it was raining. The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable. Grab was convenient to get as well from the hotel. I wouldn’t mind staying here again."

"We were nicely surprised that the place is much nicer than expected. It's small but liveable & the AC was so cold! Nice! Easy check in & check out. The kitchen had all necessary cutlery, etc, including dishwashing liquid & hand soap. Very much appreciated as not all places have them! Location good - very near to many places to eat. Would stay again given a chance. "

"Very good location and close to everything downtown. This hotel gives you the feel of a luxury hotel without breaking the bank. The front desk staff could have been better trained. Two young women who didn't know how to smile or say please and thank you."

"The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights."

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Sunday Hotel Susanna Suites. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall service were far below what I expected. When we arrived, the suite was very dirty. There were ants throughout the kitchen, making it unpleasant to prepare or store food. The rubbish bin still contained eggshells from previous guests, and we even found someone else’s shoes left in the cupboard, which made it clear the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. "The like was close to local food, the bad, very sketchy operations and owner. Bathroom had aweful smell of sewer gas and they didn’t fix the problem. Just sprayed windex. The check in was sketchy too. Find a different place. The pool was nice."
