"Very Nice area with a lot of nice restaurants. . "

"We stayed there for 4 nights in OCT26. Generally the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept. The in room air-conditioning can fluctuate between warm and cool at times. The breakfast spread was good, with an array of international and Chinese selection. The executive lounge was a huge disappointment. The food in the lounge were very basic and the wines served were bad. Location wise, it's close to Malls, and Wulin Night market."

"Staff, facilities and food was excellent!"

"Roomy and clean"

"Clean and nice room .. nice and helpful staff"

"Great rooms , fantastic buffet restaurant. "

"Excellent service, regardless of whether are you checking in or out, the staff treated you professionally and politely. The proximity to the malls around Wulin square and the Wulin night market is also a plus. But they need to review the "tastiness" of the breakfast. The breakfast has a respectable spread, what one would expect from a 5-star hotel, but the "tastiness" has many room for improvement."

"The hotel has a great location, cross the street from the West Lake. The view in the room is stunning."

"the Staff is excellent , they help me for all I need and very friendly , i will stay again"

"Great breakfast, nice rooms and very kind staff!"

"The hotel’s location was very near to food, amenities and the west lake area. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff, extremely helpful. A small con is that major construction of a new building is taking place directly in front of the hotel which contributed to construction noise."

"Super family friendly!"

"ok"

"The hotel is located in a commercial district and near upscale shopping malls, making shopping and dining convenient. The room is spacious, clean and stylish"

"The rooms are clean and the cleaning staff adjusted routine to my likes. The location is good, walkable to West Lake with lots of restaurants and shopping choices."

"You will have a great time staying at this hotel with walking “access” to Subway Station, Shopping Mall, restaurants… not to mention that it’s only 10-mins walk to the we’ll-known River Qiantang. Come and stay here either for business or leisure."

"Great place to stay, full of character and food options. Right next door to a beautiful garden. A few bakery's and places to eat around on the streets. A self service laundry also."
