"The sheets were clean. There were new lampshades. But the surfaces that were cleaned had cleaner residue, and any non-essential surface had not been cleaned in years. The lamps themselves had SOOO much fly poop, and their switches were sticky. The hairdryer looked like it had sat beside a deep fryer for six months. The countertop was so cracked that it was supported by a 2x4 so it didn't fall off the wall. But it was a place to sleep. And it didn't have bedbugs."

"Where wall connects to floor in shower looked like some mold. Grout in part of bathroom dirty. Otherworldly se clean bed to sleep in. Breakfast left a lot to be desired but I guess you get what you pay for."

"***Safety Alert*** We arrived at the hotel while traveling and parked for the night near the entrance of the hotel. During the night, per the Columbus police, a number of cars were vandalized in the parking lots at the Holiday Inn Express in Columbus as well as neighboring hotels. Please note the police officer said there are no cameras on the parking area, nor at the other hotels and "that's the price of having a nice car". The vandals tried to get into the car by breaking the side windows...

"They seemed really short staffed. I had to go to the front desk at least 3 different times because the bathroom didn't have enough washcloths or a blanket that didn't have spots on it. So I waited about a hour and went back to the front desk, thinking maybe they needed to wash some but he still said they had none gave me more hand towels and then found 1 more wash cloth. Luckily I do bring my own, so we had just enough. But was a bad smell upon entering the facility and aslo not well lit inside....

"A big room , very clean. The breakfast is always good. Need more security for the parking lot, as cars were being broken into that were parked in the back. I had no issues because I parked in front."

"Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Upon check-in, the staff was hard to locate as they were socializing outside. The parking lot was full of broken glass since cars were broken into days before. There was blood splatter all over the floor around the elevator. The elevator broke the day after we checked in, forcing everyone, including those who were disabled to use the steps. The room smelled of mildew and carpets were not clean to where we did not want to be barefoot at all in our...

"This was a great hotel. The Manager, he is nice and friendly, accompanied and helpful, the staff was excellent even the lady in charge of the breakfast. Their breakfast was top notch, I definitely recommend and will be staying there again. I stayed 7 days and the Easton Mall and Whole Foods Market is near by. Great location."
