"Clean and nice"

"The sheets were clean. There were new lampshades. But the surfaces that were cleaned had cleaner residue, and any non-essential surface had not been cleaned in years. The lamps themselves had SOOO much fly poop, and their switches were sticky. The hairdryer looked like it had sat beside a deep fryer for six months. The countertop was so cracked that it was supported by a 2x4 so it didn't fall off the wall. But it was a place to sleep. And it didn't have bedbugs."

"I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was amazingly kind and helpful. My room was clean and had everything I needed. The pool was cool and refreshing AND open. The hotel itself was in a very decent place with Walmart being right next door and a very nice Indoor/outdoor mall only about 3mins away. I was even i.ptessed by the TV! "The staff was efficient and accommodating. We had some trouble with our TV and someone was up in our room taking care of the problem almost immediately. Also, I was staying overnight for a follow up post surgery visit. My appointment was not until 2 PM and they let me have a late check out time of 1 PM so me and my 83-year-old husband were not “homeless’ for three hours. Deeply appreciated."

"Poorly maintained, broken ice machines, broken pool, limited gym equipment. First room they gave me smelled lime urine (pet friendly hotel, maybe pet accident). Wont be staying here again"

"3 out of 4 elevators were out of service. The room service did not provide any coffee pods for our room, no cream either. The elevator stunk like stagnant dirty water. The front desk staff was rude, and barely begrudgingly helpful. The ice maker was leaking all over the floor. The coffee in the lobby was old and bad tasting. They cleaned our room only once in 4 days."

"The AC did not work. It was 78 degrees in our room. We called to let them know and see if we could switch to another room or two rooms if another suite was not available, but they never found anything. No one slept well. Then the breakfast was not available until 7:30 on the weekend. We had to leave at 7, so we did not get breakfast. When you pay nearly $500 for a room, you expect AC and breakfast."
