"I came in to check in to the room and they gave us a room in the second floor. I went into the second floor and keyed into my room and there was someone in the room. A woman laying in bed, the guy in the bathroom, and a baby in the play crib. I immediately closed the door and thought maybe I am in the wrong room. I double check and it was the room the front desk gave me. I immediately went to the front desk and told them that there is someone in my room. They double check and didnt apologize or said anything but gave me another room. Clearly the front desk gave me someone else's room. It was the most awkward thing i have ever encounter. Very unprofessional of the front desk staff to give me someone else's room. That could have turn ugly really fast. I even double check that the room the front desk gave me was the room that i walked into. The key card even worked into that second floor room that had someone else in there."
