Leider ist es in einem Haus ausserhalb der Hotelanlage gelegen, so dass man einige Minuten zu Fuss gehen muss.
Das personal an der Anmeldung könnte freundlicher sein.
Das Personal beim Frühstück ist dagegen super nett und erfüllt nahezu jeden wunsch.

"Hotel ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Polstermöbel und Badearmaturen bedürfen einer Überholung. Personal ist bemüht aber nicht ausreichend vorhanden (Abendessen dauerte ewig,Getränke ca. 20 Minuten und nochmals 45 Minuten oben auf bis das Essen serviert wurde).
War geschmacklich aber gut und ansprechend serviert."

"Based on the room rate, I was surprised how well maintained this hotel was, what a great surprise. Location is perfect, right in the heart of old town Dresden. Rooms were amply large, and the bathroom/shower were perfect. Note, breakfast is served in their restaurant just outside the lobby, very comfortable, lots of options for 18.50 euros."

"Mycket trevligt och välskött hotell i centrala Dresden. Vi hade en svit med utsikt över torget där höstmarknaden pågick. Rummen var rena och väldigt bra. Välsorterad frukostbuffé. Utmärkta parkeringsmöjligheter i rent och snyggt P-garage under torget, mycket lättåtkomligt. All personal vi träffade på var mycket vänliga och gav bra information.
Rekommenderas varmt för besök i Dresdens numera fina stadskärna.

Town. We had a spacious room with a high ceiling and modern decor. Staff was very friendly. Excellent place to stay! Parking is conveniently located below the hotel with a lift to the lobby, but the parking entrance is about a block from the hotel entrance, so make sure you have the parking address if you're driving."
