"Excellent location if you want easy access to all things Burlington. My friend and I stayed the night for a night out on church st. Hotel is gorgeous, rooms were exceptional, there’s a bar inside the hotel for food and drinks. Breakfast was delicious. And there’s a pool as well as a gym. Will most definitely be staying again!"

"Room was very clean. Staff were nice. Signage within the building was not good. The lobby is on the 3rd floor. If you are a city person used to elevators, you'd notice the star on #3. Not being one, i hit the bottom floor which normally goes to the lobby floor, this took me to an area of i assume were conference rooms. The shape of the building is unusual so I found an outside exit, walked around the building, climbed up 2 hills, saw the flags over the lobby entrance and went in there. ...

"Perfectly nice stay for a night in Burlington, with convenient laundry facilities. The 2 queen suite was divided into two fairly small separate rooms with a door in between (bedroom/bath and kitchen/living area) so you can get some privacy from your travel companion."

"Very expensive and we didn’t receive the Marriott member amenities. There was coffee but no cups. You had to pay for breakfast - the room for one night was over $400 and there was an additional charge of $29 for parking. I do not know if we will be coming back."

"Very nice accommodations. The room was very comfortable and the kitchen was a nice treat. Quiet room and comfortable bed. The pool was nice size and enjoyable. Breakfast was underwhelming, the hot options were ok and not warm, coffee was empty. However, there were other basic options."

"We decided to go to the Vermont Reneissance Fair this year and stayed at Spark. What a great place. Very updated,continental breakfas in the morning was perfect,and the room was quite large. We really enjoyed the lackk of carpeting in the room. The vinyl plank flooring was refreshing to see. I woul recommend a stay here if you are in the area."

"Staff was nice Room was fine except Sink faucet was broken and needed to be repaired to turn water off after I reported it AC was fine Parking was plentiful but felt unsafe. Cars were abandoned and others had people living out of them. One drunk young man told my wife she should go to his room in the elevator. This appears to be a motel used by long term monthly residents"
