"I absolutely loved this rental! What a dream spot- cozy, privacy, the owner was so nice but also wasn’t intruding, the garden was beautiful it felt like walking into a fairy garden to get to the rental each day. It felt so safe which is an absolute must. And just made our trip delightful. Would absolutely rent here again!"

"The big problem is that though both the hotel and room provided a clean quiet place to sleep , we only got two clean towels for a three-day stay and neither the room nor the lobby provided any materials to inform the traveler about the many places to see things to do and places to dine. except foe a one page two column list of the restaurants that had paid mangement to to disclose their name address specialty and phone number. Ate a very ordinary cobb salad with very ordinary blue cheese...

There was a list of tasks the housekeeping staff were supposed the do, but didn’t. For example, the coffee was not refreshed for our second morning. They didn’t make the bed. On a different topic, there were two night stands but only a reading light on one. The coffee at breakfast was good, but the oatmeal was watery. The cheese omelets were okay. One can’t...

"Very expensive and we didn’t receive the Marriott member amenities. There was coffee but no cups. You had to pay for breakfast - the room for one night was over $400 and there was an additional charge of $29 for parking. I do not know if we will be coming back."

Cars were abandoned and others had people living out of them. One drunk young man told my wife she should go to his room in the elevator. This appears to be a motel used by long term monthly residents"

"We decided to go to the Vermont Reneissance Fair this year and stayed at Spark. What a great place. Very updated,continental breakfas in the morning was perfect,and the room was quite large. We really enjoyed the lackk of carpeting in the room. The vinyl plank flooring was refreshing to see. I woul recommend a stay here if you are in the area."

"Plenty of parking, convenient location. It's an old building and had some issues to be attended to. The room could have been a little cleaner. The beds were fairly comfortable. It was good for the one night we stayed there. The people were great."
