"Friendly and helpful staff"

"This was a great location, room was nice and breakfast was good. We had a really nice stay. My criticism is the spa rules were not consistent and regimented concerning hours spent as a hotel guest even when it was not busy. I think it is a shame that they don’t have a pool for families. The pool is only used for people 18 years and older. The spa services were not available on the weekend which is surprising during peak season."

"We’re doing a tour of Slovenia and this was our favourite accommodation the staff were so helpful, the accommodation was immaculate we chose to have the breakfast and it was the best we’ve had so far ! We were cycling and the hosts happily stored our bikes and gave us directions of where to go and swim in the river which we did and enjoyed immensely would love to stay again when we’re in the area 5 stars are not enough"

"The feel was very welcoming. It seems to be family owned and very nice. The breakfast was very good - fresh fruit and vegetables. An assortment of cookies, bread sweet treats, fruit drinks and if you wanted cooked eggs or an omelet. Just a very pleasant atmosphere. There was a veranda for outside breakfast dining or afternoon break. They even offered to do laundry when we asked. Highly recommend"

"Hotel Jezero is the grand old lady of Bohinj. It's been here a while and in some ways it shows (eg room doors are locked with proper keys, not electronically) but it's still a fabulous hotel. Step outside and you're right on the lake, location can't be beaten. The pool and sauna are lovely, the breakfast has a lot of choice and I really appreciated the seeds and fresh and dried fruit options. I got upgraded to a twin room and it was very spacious."

Curerei di più la pulizia della camera, il bagno non era molto pulito e così pure gli specchi e i vetri sia delle finestre che quelli della porta della sala da pranzo"

"We only stayed one night but after being here I wish we had a chance to extend the trip. The hotel was amazing. The staff were all so kind and helpful and I couldn’t get over how incredible the views were. This exceeded any expectations I had!!! I will absolutely make a point to stay here again in the future and will make it more than one night! Thank you for everything!"
