"This was a beautiful apartment in the heart of Podstrana. A 7 minute walk to the beach and several restaurants, a 20 minute drive to Split. Sanka and Joseph were such hospitable hosts, we had everything we needed and the view from our room was incredible! Olive and lime trees lined the property and it was a great place four our family, 2 adults and 2 teen girls."

"Beautiful oasis walking distance to Old Town! We were very impressed the moment we walked in. The apartment building entrance is pretty unassuming, and you almost feel you’re in the wrong place. But once you open the door you are welcomed in with a beautiful aroma and modern luxuries. Location is great, and it’s a 10 min walk down to the promenade and Split old town. We had a car, and while you need to find own street parking, we got lucky and there was a spot right in front of the apartment...

The room itself is quite outdated—and while there was a washing machine, we couldn't figure out how to use it—but given the price and location, it's great value for money. "The stay was lovely and Ana was very friendly and easy to deal with. The room was clean and tidy. The location was perfect as it was walking distance to the old town and the Split Promenade. Ana let us kindly store our luggage in the morning while we explored Split and waited for the checkin time to come. She even let us check in a bit earlier than normal. Would recommend the stay to everyone!"

"I had a very bad experience. the room wasn't as advertised. there were no washer and dryer inside the apartment. when we asked, they said that there is a communal one that I can use today(which is too late because I'm checking out today). most wall outlets weren't working in the apartment and I couldn't charge my phone. the shower was clogged and wasn't draining properly. finally there were no body wash, shampoo, conditioner in the apartment"
