"Amazing, modern hotel. Felt very luxurious. A 16 minute walk from the train station - I would suggest this walk in the day not late at night with all your luggage. Lovely helpful staff and a great space. Loved the tasteful decor. So clean inside and excellent amenities, also water in the fridge for guests. Everything you need for a convenient stay, but also with a touch of luxury. We were also allowed to store our luggage for a few hours whilst we got breakfast/lunch and explored, massive...

"La chambre n’était pas prête à l’heure promise. Le lit était cassé et nous avons dû attendre 18h que le lit soit réparé pour pouvoir y accéder. La direction m’a promis un dédommagement de 10% que je n’ai pas reçu. J’aimerais être remboursé de 20 % du montant pour ces désagréments. Merci. "

"Kjempe fine leiligheter! Nye rom med balkong. Stor koste oss. Eneste var å finne frem til dit man skulle ved innsjekk. Savnet mer opplysning om at innsjekk er i resepsjonen i hotellet. Kort gange til butikker og trikk rett ved utsiden sånn at å kjøre kollektivt var utrolig enkelt. Super fint!😍"

"A great centrally appointed apartment 5 mins walk from Bergamo train station but still in a quiet street with no noise . Very comfortable apartment with the opportunity to use the corner of the lounge as a 2nd sleeping area with a very good sofa bed . Very clean with all requirements needed for a few days stay . Host was very nice "
