"The property has no front desk, but staff replied quickly to text messages and were very helpful and friendly. There is no lift, so getting to the property requires one to climb many 50 stairs, which is a concern if one has heavy luggage, one is tired or one has even the slightest mobility issue. "The place is very difficult to find ! Drug dealers and prostitute in the area. Not very family friendly ….. Then, it was good and the appartement is new but lot of things need to be improved : - AC remote control was broken so 30degrees with 4 kids is acceptable - broken shower (no pressure and leak) - no coffee pods or tea sachet for breakfast - broken ustensile - extra cost of 90€ for cleaning for 1 night "
