We rang the contact number and he apologised, we were provided the key code for another lodge and when i opened the door that was occupied as there was a dog in there. "When we arrived, the staff attended to us very quickly and efficiently and were very welcoming. The hotel is very clean, breakfast is delicious and all the hotel and spa staff were pleasant. The room i believe got upgraded from the one we booked previously and overall would recommend the place so already booked the next trip to go back!!!"

"Hotwl is in a great location. Some parts a bit tired but clean apart from rubbish in done spa lockers. Breakfast was really nice. Main issue was that 'everything is extra'. Cqr parkng, WiFi, use of pool and spa. In the end though that worked well because we had the pool and gym pretty much to ourselves. Lovely deep tissue massage!"

"Our stay was very comfortable and it was a great location for our stopover between Scotland and Devon. The host was very efficient, friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the en suite bathroom which had a sensor light. This made any night time toilet trips impossible to make without waking someone up with the light and extractor fan. The shower pressure was very weak & the sink was tiny.
