"The room was excellent and clean, the staff were lovely - the front desk my first night was so helpful and went above and beyond. Each time I went to the front desk the rest of my stay they were so wonderful. Room service was phenomenal, and the gentleman who brought my food up remembered me when he saw me in the restaurant the next day. The service was impeccable. And the food at the Crossings was delicious! "

"I never needed a hotel just like this more and I’m so grateful. When my home burned up last week, I needed a comfortable place to stay for an unknown period and my first thought, Homewood Suites. It was the right choice for this traumatized family. My cats are safe here too. Room is clean and comfortable. The kitchenette makes longer stays easier and the all important “door” for a little bit of privacy for our teenager. The pool and hot tub are lovely and my boys have enjoyed a big hot...

"AGAIN THE HOTEL HAD NO RECORD OF THIS BILLING AND SO I COULD NOT BOOK THE ROOM THROUGH EXPEDIA. IT ALSO HAPPENED AT ANOTHER HOTEL 15 MINUTES OR SO EARLIER. "My Husband and I stayed here for 2 days while we were in Rhode Island for a surgery. The night of his surgery there was a water leak in our bathroom ceiling. I had to pack up all of our stuff and my husband when he should not have been moving around to switch rooms. We were promised a refund for this night but then after coming back to NY we were denied the refund twice. Extremely poor customer service and to top it off there was night construction outside of our room starting at 10pm that they...

"We spent 10 nights there and the gentleman who was in charge of the breakfast was wonderful! He never stopped and really worked to make sure everyone was happy. Especially on the 2 weekends we were there, it was busy! Check in and questions to the staff were all answered quickly."

"Some of it was great. There was a mix up at the counter. I was charged even after it shouldn't have been. They were great helping me with my son. However my bank accounts bounced."

"Front desk attendant was rude and seemed to be horribly inconvenienced by us checking in. Overall the property was a dump. There were 2 bugs on the ceiling, stained carpets and generally was worn down … everywhere For the $ I spent I would have rather driven 2 hours home. I will never stay at another one of your properties"

"I was disappointed with this La Quinta - have stayed at others before and have usually had a good experience with them. This one definitely could do with some remodeling - bathtub had wear, there were a couple of patched holes in the walls. There was a small, dead cockroach on the edge of the bathroom sink and a second one in the bathroom. We got back late from a show and was showering at 2:00am but found there was no hairdryer. When I called front desk, I had a surly response there should...
