"The staff at this hotel was really friendly and very helpful, no one had an attitude or anything like that. All the shuttle drivers that we interact with were very friendly. The property needs some upgrades as the carpet needs to change, but in spite of these things the staff are really good troopers. I would stay there again because it was very convenient to stay there. "I wouldn't reccomend staying here as a female solo traveler or couple. Although most things are fairly similar to the pictures, it is true that you need to read reviews carefully and know what to look for. There were strange sounds coming from some of the rooms that were somewhat concerning. The lock on the door to our room was not secure. "Everything was just OK. Not really any better or worse than I expected. The real problem was the heat would not shut off. Even when you put it in the cool position, heat blared out of the vent. There was also an AC unit in the outside wall. We shut the heat, totally off and cranked the AC, but there was no cool air coming from it at all. I will see that I don’t generally have complaints and we have stayed here several times before, but this particular time was not comfortable."
