"Fab location very friendly owner"

"Unfortunately the room requested was not available as we had our small dog with us so were allocated a dog friendly room which was fine but it only had a 4’6 bed which really is not expected these days. Following the downgrading of the room by the hotel and being advised that the room requested would be cheaper. The new price unfortunately was not honoured despite numerous requests for a refund so overall not the best experience."

"No staff to be seen"

"The bed was ok but there was no heating in the room. The shower in the shared bathroom didn't work and the sink only had cold water. I know the room was cheap but i would expect atleast the bare minimum. "

"The room was clean, bright and very nice. The cold water didn’t work in the shower so it got way too hot, but otherwise perfect. The pub was nice too but we only had onddrinthebecause"

"The room was clean and spacious . We had a room with threes single beds and a little table and chairs. The shower room was nice. There was no reception there was lock boxes to pick up key cards from for the rooms. The price was really reasonable. The beds were very comfortable "

"Upon arrival, I was initially assigned an occupied room. The place was unstaffed, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had to ask other guests for an alternative number. I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed...
