The reason for the two-star rating was more a reflection of the folks who stayed there and not the hotel. "This is the best Best Western we've stayed in. We had the family suite and it was spacious. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. By far, the most impressive feature of this hotel are the staff. Due to my mistake, we had to transfer to another room for one night. The staff were so helpful in getting us into the room quickly.
