"My room was perfect. Windows are good thickness. Black out shades did their job. I was by the pool but not distracted by any noise from it between the good windows and the AC. I left before breakfast was served because of an early flight, but it sounded promising when described it the day before. It was a very comfortable bed and room. The location is very convenient and the staff were all very helpful. I'd stay here again for sure."

"The room was clean, the price was not expensive, the breakfast that is included was very limited and too short of a period of time, not enough of anything, by 8:30 am everything was gone and they won't refill because of the time."

"We didn’t have a great experience unfortunately. Our air didn’t work well the first night then on the second day it went out while we were away. Got back to the hotel at 11:00pm and asked for help, they came up and “fixed” the air just for it to stop working again almost immediately. They said they would switch our rooms and they had forgotten about us for about 30min. When we got to the other room it was great until it started raining and there was a leak it the ceiling. The pool is great...

"Great hotel for staying by Sea World, the shuttle is perfect and saves so much by not paying for parking. The hotel was clean, the free roll away bed is a great option for families. We ate at the on-site restaurant for dinner, the food was good and kids 11 and under eat free with an adult. The amenities are nice for kids, a pool and a billiards table. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. We will stay here again when we visit the area."
