"I stayed with my husband and my nearly 2-year old daughter. In our time in Malta, this was our most enjoyable stay. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. I unfortunately forgot to mention that we needed a travel cot and only the front of house was left by the time we arrived but he kindly set up the travel cot for us. "Absolutely some really great days in room 11. Perfect room. Perfect terrace. Perfect pool. Perfect breakfast. We even liked the calm village.This was just the way WE like it. And, fantastic hosts running the place. Would have wanted some more days there!"

"It was our second time at the hotel and we even got to stay in the same room. Although the decor may be a little bit dated in the bathroom, the overall impression of the place is one of great comfort and charm. The public areas of very well appointed and inviting. The heated pool is such an additional bonus. The staff is wonderful, the food terrific and the surroundings simply stunning."

"Top hotel in a great location. The newly done rooms are super comfortable. We have stayed here before multiple times and always enjoyed it. Sadly, service levels are not what they used to be. Long wait times for coffee etc at breakfast, complicated and lengthy check-in etc.. Kempinski seems to rely on a mostly junior staff these days which did not appear to be well trained. "

"Love this hotel. View spectacular. The oldest part of the hotel needs a little tlc especially the plumbing (shower pressure not good). Not for people with mobility problems as it’s a steep walk up to the hotel and buses to/from. However taxis/uber/bolt cars readily available But it remains our favourite hotel in Gozo. "

"This is a very well decorated and clean boutique hotel. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I broke my reading glasses and they gave me step by step directions to a place that sells them. The free continental breakfast was very good. It is by the bus station if you were traveling by bus and a big parking lot right out front. It is a short walk (5 min) into Mdina. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel. "
