"Very disappointed, stressful Feel like living in different world with lots of stress, pls do not expect a 5-star rating your service does not even meet basic standards. During my 2-day stay there was almost no staff available to assist us. The only thing visible was a sign saying “How are you?” which felt frustrating rather than helpful. Although the room itself was nice the service was completely unacceptable. Before check-in we were not informed about the digital check-in process as we waited more than 30–35 minutes at reception with no staff present. Even when we tried calling no one answered after 40-50min phone was answered and said i didn’t did checkin Hahahha gosh We ended up wasting nearly an hour just trying to understand what to do. I also requested towels but they were only delivered on the day of departure. This is unacceptable. We had to reuse the same towels and even dry them in the sun despite paying for hotel services. Overall, this was a very stressful experience in my life, If I had not been participating in a race i would have left the hotel immediately waste of money to be honest. Please consider how a guest would feel facing these issues. I was planning to write a review earlier but was busy with my flight. I can confidently say I will not stay at your hotel again. "

"Loved Townhouse 17!!! Welcome package included a free bottle of wine, breakfast from their excellent restaurant Chapeau was free as well (pancakes are AWESOME!) and you also get discounts at both the restaurant and pastry shop, Cupcake, which has some of the best deserts imaginable. Location is PERFECT. Only 6 minutes to Xlendi Bay. 15 minutes to Fungus Rock, Inland Sea, and Blue Hole parking area (All at the same spot). Also, only 15 minutes to Wied Il-Ghasri... one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen! But most importantly, the staff that works there (hotel and restaurants). Danielle was the most gracious host. It seems to be a huge priority for her to make the guests feel right at home."

"Our room was exceptionally spacious with a mini-fridge, large comfortable bed with soft pillows. We were provided with a large TV with numerous channels, Youtube and Netflix. We sunbathed in a nice area surrounding a small pool. There was also a nice internal pool and spa. A rooftop pool was under construction and I assume would be open to guests in the coming months. The breakdast was pretty good with varied options. The staff were polite and attentive. The hotel was only a 5 minute walk to the harbour where there were a variety of restaurants, some with great sea views. The hotel has only recently been built and all the fixtures and fittings are in brand new condition."
