"The staff was incredibly helpful, but I must warn you that the property doesn’t match the pictures on the Expedia website. The rooms looked old and outdated. While the staff was great, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel, especially for the price I paid."

"Great location if you want to be close to Gozo and Comino Ferry while also being next to the less rocky beaches of Malt. The Public Transport near this hotel was also very reliable and useful to get around while food was all next to the location. The pools were very clean and nice and the amenities were awesome. Staff definitely made you feel VIP the entire time."

Our room was small but had a nice balcony to watch sunsets from. A downside is that the walls aren’t very soundproof. Good location. Only 10-15 min walk to beach and tours. "The room was decorated beautifully. It was one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed at. Very comfortable bed and pillows. It had great full length mirrors if you wanted to do an outfit check before going out. There was a rooftop pool with a bar with music, it had a nice vibe. Wish I stayed more than one night. "The hotel was clean and the room was spacious which I appreciated. However, it would have made a world of a difference to me if they provided and not charged for hotel slippers. These should be complimentary in a 4-star hotel. One other improvement point would be if they provided bottles of water as well with the room, given Maltese water is too salty to drink. These are low-cost amenities that would have made this stay 5 stars."

Great location, friendly staff, clean, new, good gym, good pool with less demand for beds than I expected (1st July for 7 nights), good breakfast, good room. Good price. Noting exceptional. "For some reason every shower we have been in Gozo has leaked all over the bathroom floor. The toilet paper here is cheap and very scratchy. The reception is not 24 hours. Oh parking is a total nightmare. We were there five days and only once did we manage to park close to the hotel and that was luckily on the last day. The rest of the time it was a five to ten minute walk. To the nearest car park"

"Good size room , great location for transport. On the down side walls thin so you can hear everything outside room, which is fine as long as you have not got noisy people on your floor which unfortunately I did. Breakfast was basic but fine. Bit odd that you eat it in the reception area with around 6 tables. Couple of complaints that were dealt with straight away by friendly reception woman did not get her name but works late afternoons and evenings."
