"The room was ok, but the parking was too far from the apartment, and ot did not say in the description. I had to carry a lot of my luggage by myself and it was not near. And when we got there, the man who regulated the parking was confused where were we staying, so we circeled a couple of time. Bad organisation. And they charged a fee for the registration that was not mentioned. I was really dissapointed."

"Leider entspricht das Hotel keinem 5 Sterne Standard sondern maximal 4 Sterne. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern und haben einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Das Essen und die Atmosphäre im Speisesaal hat aber mit 5 Sternen nichts zu tun. Es befanden sich bei meinem Besuche sehr viele Bus Reisegruppen im Hotel und dementsprechend laut war es auch. Der Wellnessbereich ist schön aber der Fitnessraum ist ein Witz. Nur veraltete und teilweise defekte Geräte. Hier sollte dringend nachgebessert...
