Melia Granada Hotel
This hotel is in a fantastic location and has the bones and decor to create a wonderful experience. Sadly, the cold and stiff staff at reception brought the experience down quite a bit. The receptionist did the bare minimum and was generally uninterested in helping us when we asked about local sites ...
