"The rooms are big with high ceilings, comfortable beds, everything was clean and overall a good experience. The only criticism I have is that there was no free drinking water in the room. There was water in the minibar fridge but non that appeared to be free and readily available.
That aside our stay was very pleasant."

"The lobby is beautiful and the staff incredibly accommodating. Our room was ready early which was fantastic. Room was spacious and lovely. Beds comfortable. Amenities in bathroom was appreciated and good quality. They met every need and being located near the Cathedral was a huge plus. "
"The hotel is extremely well maintained and the staff are very helpful, the dinner and breakfast buffet were great and reasonably priced. It’s literally a 5 mins walk to the Alhambra and 15 minutes into the town centre, easily accessible with taxis from the train station and the local bus service runs nearby. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend it to anyone."
"Hotel was clean, breakfast was great and staff was really helpful! The A/C broke down and the hotel was quick to fix it. I love the neighborhood the hotel is in as it is located a little further out from the tourist center of granada and so you get to experience smaller “tascas” where the local community go to. The Hotel should consider getting a renovation "
