"When we arrived we were informed the hotel we made a reservation in, Cobertizo Palacio de Santa Inez, closed. They were accommodating in providing a nice room at the Rosa d’Oro a different property owned by the same company. It was a nice room but half the size of the room we reserved."

"This hotel is in a perfect location with easy access to all the main tourist attractions. It’s surrounded by restaurants, and many famous tapas spots are just a short walk away. There’s also a Carrefour supermarket only 4 minutes away. Check-in and check-out were very quick and efficient, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful."

"ヌエバ広場すぐ、バル街すぐで、とても便利な場所でした。滞在したファミリールームは半地下で窓は開けられないものの、機能的でとても使いやすかったです。ただ、ロフトへ上がる螺旋階段は、小さなお子様だと危ないかもしれません。ホテルの従業員はみんな親切で的確なアドバイスをくれました。タクシーの手配や追加のカードキーはとても助かりました。再びグラナダを訪れるときは、またここに泊まりたいです。"

"Hotel céntrico personal muy amable, lastima que no tenga parking, pero si tiene descuentos en varios parkings cercanos. "

"L'Hotel è proprio di fianco all'Alhambra e quindi molto comodo. Camere ampie e piscina, pulito e silenzioso. Unico neo alla reception, siamo incappati in una signora non molto cortese con cui abbiamo fatto discussione. La collega più giovane è stata brava a gestire la situazione e allontanare la collega."
