The hotel sent me numerous number of texts and emails 24 hours prior to arrival while we were in Valencia sending driving instructions along with xerox copy of the map that was not readable mentioning there are bunch of municipal driving restrictions in the city and asking us to contact them at least 5 days before prior to arrival ( again all the correspondence was sent 24 hours prior to our arrival). The parking instructions were awful. Non of the GPS services was working so we were circling around the city goin up and down the hills. Thank God it crossed my mind to stop by the large hotel called Granada where the girl at the reception said our hotel’s instructions were useless and we should hire a taxi to lead us to the place close to the hotel - we were filling the taxi we hired and arrived at the parking from which there was 5 minutes walk to the hotel. Thus, we lost 2 hours of our travel time plus paid the taxi for the lead. Not mentioning the amount of stress since practically nobody spoke English. The hotel definitely need to improve their communication with the customers .
