" The most extraordinary thing about this hotel was the diligence and kindness of hotel staff in answering our questions and giving advice. They helped us with everything from which bus to take to choosing the best Sacromonte gypsy cave Flamenco show. Our hotel room looked directly toward the illuminated Alhambra so that one early morning from our window we saw rising crescent moon over a place where Sultans lived for eight centuries. This hotel is a 500 year old structure, dating to the beginning of the Reconquista, but designed in the Arabic style with a patio in the center. Still, it was amazingly modern In facilities with a decent breakfast buffet for a very reasonable 12 Euros. The location placed us midway between the Cathedral of Grenada and The UNESCO neighborhood Albaicin."
