"Beautiful historic hotel. We had a great comfortable room. The staff we met Sarah and Glen were professional, very helpful and sweet people. The breakfast was very good. No hot eggs, or pancakes etc but it was everything else. Great Great endless coffee. A newspaper to read and it was quiet and very comfortable. I will come back .The restaurant looked fabulous. next time I will try dinner there."

"The woman working the evening desk on 7/9/2026 was AMAZING. My flight was canceled and I showed up tired and grumpy. I also had minor surgery that day and was still dealing with lingering anesthesia grogginess, and she was kind to give me plenty of water so I could hydrate. Last year I stayed at another Hampton Inn and got bedbugs. So my trust was zero when I walked into the lobby. She changed all that. Give her a raise!"

"Their shuttle runs 24 hours. Close to airport so when weather pushed my flights to next day this was my first and now always choice in Hartford. I forgot a valuable in my room and front desk turned out needed key in a second. At 3:30am I was able to snag some breakfast too! Started my day with a smile. Thank you"

"I travel with a large family. Typically three adults and three children. This room was comparable to a small condo and was sufficient space for my entire family. I normally rule out hotels because of our family size, but I’ll definitely be booking at Hyatt House in the future."
