"The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement."

"I recently stayed at the Bayhouse it was a nightmare my air conditioning wasn’t working three out of five days I was there. My air conditioning wasn’t working leaking water they said a technician fixed it the following day it still was broke. My water was cold and lukewarm, not really what you consider hot. "We loved our stay at Laluna. The only thing I would say is, we chose this particular resort in part because each room had a private plunge pool. We unfortunately only used ours once, and because we felt that we should. It's located in the front of your room, right along the walking path that others take. We wished it were more private and inviting. The food at the restaurant on the property was really good, and I can't recommend the spa again. We ended up going back a second time for another...

"Place is very quiet, with no activity. Resort is a 2 star. The food ad drink I’ll give a 4 star. I would only recommend future travelers if there looking for a quiet time where you’re writing a book. It’s a very very quiet place. Rooms are out dated. Staff amazing, resort a 2 star."

"Interesting experience When I first got to the hotel, it took my driver a good 10 minutes driving around to find the reception. There are no signs. Then, I walked up the stairs to the reception and asked for someone to help with my 3 heavy bags, the woman at the desk just looked at me. "I stayed here for 2 night. It was overall a great experience. It would have been nice to check in at 3 but i didn't get into my room until around 4:30pm. I think the rooms and the dining areas can do an upgrade and revamp in the near future but would still come back and bring my kids.The showers are definitely interesting but an experience as well. The breakfast was amazing but there are many restaurants around the resort for one to find great affordable food."

The last thing one wants to do is to try to remember 20 plus things someone is saying to you about the amenities etc. after you have traveled for over 10 hours and is tired and beat! I think a print out of those things would be extremely helpful to give to guests instead of someone saying it while one is trying to fill out forms.
