"Will be back"

"The junior king suite was a usual room but the kitchen had some cabinets. The balcony hosted an abundance of spiders and webs. The personal hot tub was a 20 year old Jacuzzi. Decor was also dated. There are no laundry facilities on premises so we went to the airport with swim wear in a plastic bag. The entire staff was extremely pleasant."

"Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay."

"When we checked in my husband had to go get cleaning supplies to scrub the floor because our feet turned black from walking on it. Hallway floors are a safety hazard. staff was rude and not helpful. Do not recommend staying here at all!"

"The hotel property was clean and well decorated. The welcoming desk clerk was great, friendly and customer oriented. He was there for the whole short visit. The room was clean and roomy. The breakfast was great, lots of options both cold and hot. The breakfast staff (young man) was very nice and friendly, he kept the food in good supply. The breakfast area was large and spacious, very clean and modern. Lots of parking. Check in and out was smooth. I would recommend this hotel."

"The property definitely looks better online. It is a small property in the middle of 2 bigger hotels. The hot tub was empty & the pool needed to be clean. Shower pressure was terrible. There was also an odor in the room & hallways. Mildew or an aged odor. It was just ok. Had to make the best of it. Definitely not what I expected."

"Where the view, location, and room size were amazing, the room itself left much to be desired. It was very outdated (I am sure at one time the furnishings and decor were popular at one time) and had an “old” odor. The couch was very worn with odd pillows and the lighting throughout was very dim. The kitchen sink faucet was not properly affixed and felt as though it was going to come off every time we used it."

"I found my room was pretty dirty. Dishes still had food on them, the bathtub was covered in dirt. The condo was not in great condition - one sink was cracked, the washer was so loud that it kept everyone awake. Strangely, I had 1 wine glass but 2 toasters. It's a good resort for kids though - lots of pools and slides."

"I would avoid staying here if possible. The interior feels dated, and the common areas are poorly maintained. The elevator doors were dirty, and the ice machine on the third floor was out of order. Although my room had been updated and was fine, I received no housekeeping service during my three-night stay. The complimentary breakfast was very poor. The day after I checked out, I discovered I had been overcharged by $150. I contacted the property right away but still have not received a response...

"The room was not clean, and all of the appliances were old and rusty. The bedding was dirty, and the overall condition of the room was disappointing. The staff were not professional and had a poor attitude, which made the experience even worse."

"First the staff was wonderful, helped us with every concern and was super nice. But that seemed to really be the only good thing. Our first room the stove did not work and the room smelled like straight mildew. We got a new room easily, but only one of the stove parts worked, the air conditioner leaked bad on to the floor, the fridge did not keep our food cold, and it smelled super bad.
