"The main desk staff are clueless, couldn’t answer the basic of questions ! the room was old and a joke! Speaking of a joke the pool was just a tad bigger than blow up toy ! The lack of 4th July activities was also shameful. Other then that we checked out a day early to get out asap"

"The staff were nice and helpful. However, the hotel is dated and the sofa rollout bed mattress had stains on it and was on need of replacement. They assigned us a room with a handicapped shower that we didn’t require or requested. I would have rather the room be reserved for someone who needed it. This was my first visit to a Best Western hotel and the only way I would stay to another Best Western hotel if it was a last resort. At best my rating for this hotel is a 2 rating."

"The hotel room layout was excellent! Normally, it’s just one space but this was separated into a sleeping space, full kitchen and living room with doors that closed between rooms. We have been to Myrtle Beach a lot and this was the best hotel we’ve stayed in."

"First of all, I purchased the ocean front and we didn't got it. It was a corner view, also I think it was with the kitchen, but it was nothing there except 2 queen beds. There was any ice machine working there. The girls on front desk.They try to be nice and telling next time a little bit later we will have some.But first 2days, we didn't have it.
