"I have stayed at well over a dozen motels, hotels, lodges, resorts over my time in the Catskills. This was by far one of my favorites and is almost certainly going to become my regular resting spot. The location is premium, with it located in the heart of the Catskills, and not far from most attractions and hikes. The bar itself serves great food and drinks, and Sean and the staff are a delight to speak to. The room is clean, well maintained, and the cleaning staff do a great job each day. Most of the common motel flaws are virtually non-existent here. I could not hear my neighbors, they seemingly could not hear me, there were little to no stains on any bedding, the bathroom was spotless, and the ambience was unmatched. The biggest criticism I’ve heard from other people is that their rooms are outdated, and how anyone can stay the night and not fall in love with the rustic 70s charm is beyond me. Thanks for a great weekend, and I look forward to many more."

"The hotel staff is very friendly and provides excellent service . The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is not really good. The potatoes are too spicy. We asked the waitress if we could change. She rejected directly and didn’t give us any choices. However, when we had the breakfast in second day morning, we required to change too spicy potatoes. The waitress was very nice and helped change to fruit after she talked with supervisor. If the breakfast could give more choices, the hotel would be more attractive."
