"Need out door cameras for safety of staff and customers. There was a panhandle’s trying to bumming cigarettes from us. I can’t believe in this time there were no security cameras around this place Holiday Inn needs to step up their security."

"We have stayed there at least 5 times in the past 2 years and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful!! It has been the same staff and that has been nice to see the same people. For our needs it has been a great place to stay. Close to what we need. Laundry room is so convenient and the exercise room is small but perfect for me. Will stay there again in a few weeks!"

"There were 2 elevators, one out of service during our visit, then the second one also failed, making us all carry our luggage up and down several flights of stairs. The window curtain was torn. The bathroom had areas of what appeared to be mold in the caulking. The bathroom door was a barn door style, and it offered little privacy as it did not close across the opening.
