"Thermostat batteries dead in room. Room was freezing. Called front desk. He said we would have to wait til morning when maintenance got there. We said … I DONT THINK SO. He brought us some batteries and we opened up the thermostat and changed them ourselves.
Left the empty pepper bottle out so they could refill. They did not. Did not leave more soap after cleaning the room. "

"The property was ok. Biggest plus was the breakfast and location. The room was not as clean as expected. When we first got into the room, there was a strong smell from the cleaning supplies they used. We had to leave for a couple of hours to let it air out. There was hair in the towels. Grim in the bathroom and food crumbs/debris on the floor of the room. I probably wouldn’t stay there again. "
