"The location really can’t be beat. Fantastic shower pressure and a comfy bed made for a fine stay if that is what you are looking for. However, I had no reservation ahead of time but walked in after fining a great rate online. The front desk quoted me a rated that was 27% higher and stated she couldn’t match the online price but I could book it online and check in. Ok. I booked the reservation on Expedia and then proceeded to wait at the counter for 10 mins while she was helping someone on the phone. It seems more staff would be helpful as a small line formed behind me. Two reasons for the four stars along with the check in: the view—it was of a rooftop with utilities. Not in the distance, just right out the window, no other thing in sight. No sidewalk, no other building, just a rooftop (I was on floor two). Lastly, the hallways were confusing to find elevators and parking ramps. This is the only hotel I’ve ever been to that does not have signage for these items. No sign stating rooms 100-125 to the right, 125-150 to the left. Seems so basic and was a big miss for me."
"I love everything about it. I stay here atleast 2 to 3 times a month and always have a very good experience. Staff is always pleasant except for my last stay from 06/25 - 06/31. There was a lady working the breakfast area was rude and closed the breakfast are early. I have never seen that behavior from Any staff members since I started staying since 2025 as I regularly go to Mayo/St Mary's. I hope she will not be there or change her attitude when I return.
