"The hotel itself was very clean. The staff was helpful with setting up the shuttle rides that went downtown and any other questions that I had. The ladies that operated the breakfast bar were super nice and helpful and kep things clean and well stocked. I didn't use the pool, but it looked very clean and properly maintained. The shower in my room looked a little dated and the tub had a stain in it, but the water pressure was excellent and the water stayed hot the whole time. I used the microwave...

"The property advertised a pool, and that's why I chose it; however, it felt to mention the pool was closed and would not open until after Memorial Day. The grandchildren were very disappointed."

"Nice hotel rooms. Pretty clean and the rooms are pretty spacious. The only thing I didn’t like is that I had to call the hotel twice for someone to come to the front desk to check in. And lastly, the side door on the first floor is for exiting only and not entering so it made it hard for me to bring things in and out."

"Hi! We love your property. Our Bellman, Corey was excellent in providing fantastic service. Your valet parking system is disgraceful. Sunday, May 18, 2026, we called for our car and 4 attempts calling for it, 45 minutes later it arrived. Your employee working behind the counter at the valet office, was so extremely rude. It was disappointing. There was a cart in our hallway for 3 days with hangars and a 12 pack of Dr. Pepper Zero. It’s the little things."

"You will get what you pay for. Do not expect well-appointed amenities or a nice location, as you were going to a brand-new or well-known chain. I have encountered some issues with flying ants and insects in the ceiling. After all, the front desk services were on point with any maintenance issues I had. Good customer service, very respectful staff."

"Very dirty. I had a king bed room and instead of the bed being in the middle of the room, it was on one side and there was nothing where another bed would be. There wasn’t anywhere to put my suitcase except on the dirty floor. Stains on the wall. It was gross."
